Our Just Cause

As it continues to follow one of Jesus’ earliest instructions to his disciples to “cleanse those with leprosy”, The Leprosy Mission is striving for a JUST CAUSE

JUST beCAUSE someone has leprosy they might not have access to healthcare.

JUST beCAUSE someone has leprosy they might be evicted from their home.

JUST beCAUSE someone has leprosy they might lose their job or livelihood.

JUST beCAUSE someone in their family has leprosy a child might not receive an education.

JUST beCAUSE someone has leprosy they might face discrimination, persecution, stigma and injustice.

The Leprosy Mission Scotland believes this is wrong.

The Leprosy Mission seeks to deliver healing & justice to people affected by leprosy around the world. Its ministry upholds people affected by leprosy and proclaims that nobody should be disadvantaged in any way JUST beCAUSE they have leprosy.
