Governance

The work of The Leprosy Mission Scotland is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who are also the Trustees of the charity.

The Board ensures that we comply with all the relevant regulations, are operating in a transparent way as good stewards of the resources entrusted to us and that we have an effective and appropriate strategy for the future.

Members of the Board are elected for a 3 year term at the mission’s Annual General Meeting each year.
