Fundraising Materials

You will need these resources if you are completing the series of 6 lessons with a fundraising event in week 6. They should be used in conjunction with the materials for week 6 but in most cases will need to be issued or reviewed in advance.

Parental Consent Form - most Sunday Schools will already have asked parents to sign a similar form in which case you wont need this one, it is provided "just in case" for those who haven't got one already. This will need to be issued in advance of the fundraising day.

Sponsor Form - For children to collect sponsors for the event. This will need to be issued in advance of the fundraising day.

Display Header - If you will be displaying the children's work to the rest of the congregation this can be used as a heading for the display.

Project Information - Information about the Vocational Training Centre at Nashik, where all money raised by the children will go to help students receive their education.

Money Return Form - Please use this form when returning the money collected by the children to The Leprosy Mission Scotland (all sponsor forms should also be returned at the same time).
