At the 2008 AGM, Dan Izzett of TLM Zimbabwe reminded us that

We can all do something, so we should do what we can, when we can and trust God for the results.

Here are some other things you can do to help us at any time:

Recycle old mobile phones or ink cartidges

Recycling

The Leprosy Mission Scotland have teamed up with The Recycling Factory to enable you to recycle your old mobile phones and ink cartridges as a way of supporting the work of the mission around the world.

It couldn't be easier to start recycling, once you've had a rummage around in your drawers or the study for whatever old phones or cartidges you have lying around get in touch with The Recycling Factory direct

Start by telling them that you would like to recycle on behalf of The Leprosy Mission Scotland.

You will also need to tell them

  • your name
  • your address
  • the make and model of the phone or cartidge you want to recycle (note some Canon and Epson cartidges cannot be recycled)

The Recycling Factory will send you a FREEPOST envelope, simply pop your phone or cartridge in the post to them and they will handle the rest.

Then, the next time you upgrade your phone or run out of ink, repeat the above.

To find out more about how they do it and what your phone or cartridge could potentially be worth to The Leprosy Mission Scotland, visit The Recycling Factory's website. (You don't need to complete the online registration form on their website to start recycling in support of The Leprosy Missoin Scotland)
