Farewell to Rebecca
At the end of August we said farewell to Rebecca Gindele our Office Manager who has left to pursue a Masters course in Human Rights in London. Rebecca worked in the Stirling office for nearly two years and we have appreciated her skills and energy in bringing much of the work in the office up to date and in developing the skills and confidence of the office-based volunteers.
Rebecca’s departure has led to a bit of a restructuring of the rest of the team. Jill will become our full time Support Services Manager and Michelle and Anne will also see their responsibilities change, each taking on part of what Rebecca previously did. Our fantastic team of trained office volunteers have been taking on an increasing amount of the administration and retail work and this will continue. None of these changes should affect the support we are able to provide to our supporters here in Scotland.
We wish Rebecca well in her studies and this exciting new chapter of her life.
