Our Vision

As a global partnership, The Leprosy Mission believes that God has called us to our vision of a world without leprosy; a world in which the causes and the consequences of leprosy have been completely eradicated.

The causes of leprosy are bacterial, social and economic; the consequences can be physical, mental, social and spiritual to individuals, families and communities.

The breadth of work undertaken by The Leprosy Mission to heal, empower and restore those affected by leprosy will have a long term impact on every one of these causes and consequences.

Our Values

In every aspect of the work of The Leprosy Mission in both Implementing Countries and Supporting Countries (like Scotland) we strive to be

like Jesus

Our Mission

To minister in the name of Jesus Christ to the physical, mental, social and spiritual needs of individuals and communities disadvantaged by leprosy; working with them to uphold human dignity and eradicate leprosy.
